Identify the sensitivity and stop taking medication. Learn about the messages your body is sending. A good way to do that is to journal. But this is different than what other nutritional counselors have you do. Mostly, food journals consist of writing down the food you eat along with the time of day. But, in doing that, you are missing the most important part.... the reaction you're having!
