I did a ton of experimenting on this. I wanted to be consistent no matter what was happening and where I was. I tried and failed a million times. My favorite ritual of all time is yerba mate. If you don't get a yerba mate set from us, get it from somewhere. This is an amazingly easy ritual that can help with stress. The yerba mate ritual is one of self-care that promotes wellness.
A couple of years ago, while doing research, we discovered that the combination of yerba mate and CBD was quite powerful. The studies pointed to yerba being an amazing "base" for other herbal components in that the yerba "boosts" the healing properties.
